Spider’s web in the attic

Every attic needs a spiders web!

What you need:
a few strands of hair
double sided tape
super glue
tweezers
nail scissors
cup / fly tying stand
lots of patience!

I borrowed my husband’s Fly Tying stand and used double sided tape to hold 3 hairs steady. You could use a cup or jar.

Then I used super glue to secure short lengths of hair in circles. At first I tried using a longer length of hair securing it at points but hair likes curling and not bending so I found it was easier to glue it in place then cut it using nail scissors then positioning the next piece and securing. etc etc.

Superglue, torch, tweezers and four hands is what it took to get the into position.

For a crazy idea, I don’t think it turned out too badly.
